Two independent controllers in the Synology Unified Controller UC3200 SAN work simultaneously to ensure interruption-free iSCSI and FC services.

Easily scalable

High-performance SAS drives slots and support for up to 576 TB, fully expanded, ensures the Synology Unified Controller UC3200 is ready for any project. For mission-critical and sensitive data, native support for SEDs provides hardware-level encryption for all data.


Redundant power supply

A modularized and swappable 500W power supply prevents service downtime in the event of a power supply failure.

Active-active controller module

Dual controller modules work simultaneously to provide high-performance and uninterrupted FC and SAN services.

PCIe expansion options

Boost network bandwidth with 10/25 Gb Ethernet cards or 8/16 Gb Fibre Channel host bus adapters.

2 x 1GbE & 1 x 10GbE

Onboard RJ45 interfaces of 1GbE and 10GbE with Link Aggregation support.

Mini-SAS HD port

Connect up to 2 x RXD1219sas for flexible plug-and-play volume expansion.
